Aubrey's favorite toys today were:
1. An old contact lens case in which she stacked pennies
2. A gift bag full of my undergarments that she carried around the house. She kept pulling them out and trying to put them on me. Glad no one stopped by today.
3. A pair of the baby's socks stuck on her hands. She spent a good 30 minutes tickling herself with them.
This is why we don't buy a lot of toys...or maybe this is what happens when you don't buy very many...Hmm?

HA! She's such a funny little girl. :) I'm sure that when you look back you will be so glad you wrote this memory down.
Grandson Luke (2 years) always has the "toy(s) of the day/week". This past week it was a green "O" and a wheel from a Lego set. To sleep with him. In the car with him. Big searches for them if they disappeared. So cute with they "fixate" on a few things. I personally think is a sign of GREAT intelligence! :)
She's one easy girl! I love that! Nothing would entertain Liz or keep her happy today. Until I gave her the junk mail from the mailbox. She was happy for 20 minutes which gave a very tired mama some much needed time to sit still.
When I was little, my mom's kitchen had a corner with cabinet doors that opened to opposite sides. I would pull them open to make a "house" and sit in there for hours playing with the pots and pans.
You can buy them all the toys you want, they always find the boxes they come in more entertaining.
that is soooo funny that she tickled herself for 30 minutes! great/cheap toys, momma!
